Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons and promotional events, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected shipping method, delivery destination, and package weight. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly advertised on our website.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders within the continental United States are delivered within 5-7 business days via standard shipping.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through our website or the carrier’s website.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouse locations. You will only be charged one shipping fee for your entire order, regardless of how many shipments are required to fulfill it.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please check your tracking information first for the most current status. For packages marked as delivered that you haven’t received, please check with neighbors and your local post office.
Signature Requirements
